The Legend of Zelda LEGO Ideas Pitch is a must-have for Nintendo fans

Over the past few years, LEGO Ideas has provided fans with the tools to create and present some cool concepts using formatting bricks. While a number of groups have seen a launch as a result, Zelda fans have been unsuccessful in their attempts to petition a group based on Nintendo’s Zelda franchise. However, that didn’t stop user Artem Biziaev from sharing his impressive Hyrule Castle collection! Specifically based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina from Time, The castle will consist of 2,600 blocks, and will feature Minifigs of Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, Stalfos, a member of the Royal Guard and Anju.

A photo of the castle can be found below, and more images can be found on the LEGO Ideas page Here.

What’s interesting about this set is the amount of effort it goes into to truly direct your heart Ocarina of time. From the Temple of Time to the inclusion of the Four Heart Pieces, there is an incredible attention to detail. If this set were to get the green light from LEGO and Nintendo, then it’s safe to say they’ll become a must-have for Zelda fans!

While previous Zelda sets have been featured through LEGO Ideas before, it’s worth noting that the possibilities are a bit higher, this time. After all, 2020 saw the launch of a bunch of Super Mario sets from the company, as well as the launch of LEGO on the Nintendo Entertainment System. Even though the numbers in the LEGO Mario line didn’t follow the classic Minifig format, it’s entirely possible that the Zelda group followed something a little more traditional.

For those not familiar with the LEGO Ideas, fans can sign a petition to show LEGO that there is an interest in purchasing the concept shared. As the concepts reach milestones, users are given more time to attract signatures. As of this writing, the idea for the Hyrule Castle project has had 602 days left, and 1,390 supporters. You’ll need a lot more than that to get LEGO’s attention, so Zelda fans who want to see the set come to fruition will want to show some love for the project!
